New site with Foxy Theme Won't load Properly

Hello Bill,

Today, I tried to make my new WP site with the Foxy theme go live and all elements of the theme will not load. I had Blue Host change the files at the URL to the new site and everything directs properly, but the theme will not properly load, so they told me to contact you for instructions you may have.

To be clear, the URL was already in existence and we changed out the old WP database to the new WP site database with the Foxy theme. I tried other themes and they loaded as expected, so it appears that some code needs to be manually changed to get everything to load up correctly.

Any suggestions?

Hey John,

It looks like BlueHost deleted a slash from the rules to your logo and background images when they made changes to the file paths. Take this one for example:

http://www.protechhvac.comwp-content/uploads/2015/05/IMG_6287.jpg’

There should be a / between the .com and wp-content in at URL. It should be like this:

http://www.protechhvac.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/IMG_6287.jpg’

You can fix the URLs in the theme options page. You could also just select them again out of the media library.
