Nav Bar Stutter

Hi Bill

I am seeing a strange behavior and I am not able to replicate it, but I have seen it a few times.

If I am visiting the website and pass my mouse over the navigation bar sometimes the submenus drop down and retracts then drop down again in rapid succession, so that it looks like the nav bar has a stutter?

It does not happen that frequently, but may leave a bad impression in the mind of a website visitor. Have you ever seen this?

Are there any known conflicts with plugins that may cause something like this?

That is most unusual indeed. I haven’t run into that before, but I will say I haven’t used this particular menu script on one of my own sites so far. I don’t end up seeing it in use as often as you probably have.

I took a look through the Github issues for the script and didn’t see a report like that. You might try posting one at https://github.com/indyplanets/flexnav and see if anyone else using the script has run into something similar or if they have a solution. Make sure to post which browser and version you’re seeing the issue with too.

If you do uncover anything that I can do to prevent that, please do let me know and I’ll update the theme.
