    I’m also having trouble today with the slider disappearing. I narrowed it down to a new plugin that was just installed called: Form Maker By http://web-dorado.com

    I don’t speak code…so bear with me…the other forum post today about a slider not showing up was related I think to JQuery??? Could this be something similar?

    Is there a submission form plugin (to be used on a “Contact Us” page) that is compatible with the slider?

    Jill,

    Thank you for your business first of all. Sorry for the trouble. You might try either the Visual Form Builder or the Contact Form 7 plugin. Contact Form 7 has been around for some time and should work without any trouble. The Visual Form Builder is a newer plugin that I’ve heard good things about, though I’ve never used it.
