In the tab where it should list the title page it says “download showbox app”. How did this happen? and how do I remove it?

That’s not good. Right now I’m pulling up an internal server error on your site, but based on what you describe it sounds like somebody has added that code to your site.
The easiest solution will be to restore your site from a backup. Once you’ve done that, make sure everything on the site is up to date, the WordPress core, themes (even inactive ones) and plugins. That’s the front line defense in keeping a site from being successfully hacked.
If you don’t have a backup, it is possible to fix things, just not as easy. A good service that specializes in this is Sucuri (https://sucuri.net). It’s one of their main services.
Check with your host about the internal server error. They should have logs that can help determine what’s taken it offline at the moment.
