If I remember correctly, PowerPress uses posts for podcasting. You could use a custom post type conversion plugin to convert your podcast episodes to posts with a specific category. There’s also a bulk edit custom field plugin you can use now to remap custom field names. That’s roughly what you’d need to do to convert to or from PowerPress or any other system.
