    Hi Bill,

I would love to know if it’s possible to “skip” the main menu bar.
eg, on our site, we have a menu called “Members”. I don’t actually want to be able to click on this page, only on the dropdown pages (and the same with all of our menu headers).

I’m having to essentially duplicate content, to ‘fill’ this page, when I just wanted it to be an all-encompassing heading.

Thanks again for a great theme!

    Good Morning,

Excellent question there. You can create a placeholder in your navigation menu. To do that go to the Appearance section in your WordPress dashboard and choose Menus. In the left hand column, you’ll see a spot for links. Click on that.

Now you’ll see a field for the URL of your link. Remove the http:// that’s there by default and replace it with a # sign. Then enter the text you’d like to have in your navigation menu in the field for that and add this to your menu.

You can then drag and drop your menu items to work with the new placeholder. Once you’re finished, update your menu and you’re done.

If you have any trouble, let me know.

    Have a great weekend,
    Bill
