    Hi Bill,

Our end goal is a “Menu” page that is layed out like the homepage widgets, ie, menu-group titles<h3> with 1px border-bottoms. Right now I have the Menu link to the ?menu-group=menu. (Yes, a menu-group named “menu”, it starts to get confusing.) The result is just an unsorted list of all foods in the “menu” group.

I’m thinking that the easiest solution is to make a new template that only calls the sidebar, then included the Home-Block: Menu Group widget. Do you have a quicker solution?

    thanks, Clayton

    Clayton,

Good question. If I understand what you’re wanting to do, you’re seeking an inside page layout for your menu that’s like the widget on the home page.

One option might be to use the Widgets On Pages plugin and insert the menu widget into a page that’s using the full width sidebar. I haven’t tried out the plugin personally, but if it works like they say it should, that would get you where you’re wanting to go.

If you have any questions or trouble, let me know.

    Thanks,
    Bill
