Menu Group Short Code vs Full Menu

Hi Bill,

For some reason when I enter the shortcode for my pizza group [menu group=”pizza”] I see a white rectangle background and the font is off (as well as alignment).

However, when I click on FULL MENU option on the page settings…it views perfectly. The menu is too large not to group them into separate pages. PLEASE HELP!

Hello Fil,

Sorry for the trouble there. It sounds like some of the code that’s used to help display the shortcode on our site may have made it in the copy/paste onto yours.

Try editing your page. Look at the top of the main content box and click on the text tab instead of the visual one. Look for the shortcode in your text and see if there is something that looks like this before it:

<pre><code>

and this after it:

</code></pre>

If there is remove those so that only the shortcode is left. Then update your page. Hopefully that will take care of things for you. If it doesn’t let me know and if possible send over the URL to the page where you’re adding the shortcode so I can take a look at it for you.
