Do you have the capability of setting up a members only section so that we can post our finances and reports and a directory?
You can do that via a plugin. There are lots of membership plugins out there. Most of them are geared to selling access to content, but typically they’ll work just fine for memberships that are free as well.
Chris Lema has a list of ones he reviewed this year at http://chrislema.com/best-wordpress-membership-plugin-2015/ . That would be a good place to start looking through them to see what looks good to you.
