I set the food categories parent as Menu but I don’t want “Menu” to be a clickable link.

You can create an empty item in your navigation. To do that, go to the Appearance section in your WordPress control panel and select menu to open up your navigation builder. In the left hand column, look for the custom link box (if you don’t see it, click the “Screen Options” tab in the top right corner and make sure the checkbox next to custom links is selected).

In the URL field, delete the http:// and replace it with a # and in the label field, enter the name you’d like to have in your navigation menu. Then add it to your navigation. You can then drag and drop it to arrange it as you’d like to.

If you have any questions, let me know.
