Logo issues

I am having an issue with my logo on the page.
The first logo I uploaded worked great, very intuitive.
We changed our logo during the website design though and I uploaded the new one and assigned it onto the page, saved it and refreshed only to see the little icon for an image in the corner. I can’t get any image to work, old or new logos now.
Vinh,
Thank you for your business first of all. The image uploader uses the built-in WordPress media uploader. One of WordPress’ features in this uploader is it automatically generates several image sizes based on the one you uploaded. That way you can easily insert a thumbnail, or another size just by adding one image.
You can select from the sizes by clicking the button next to size you’d like to use (generally from thumbnail to actual size). Which ever one is selected, that size image will be used when you click the “use this image” link.
Since you’re seeing a really small logo, it could be that the thumbnail or small size is selected when you click the use this image button. Try using the large or actual size and see if that helps.
If you have any trouble or questions, just let me know.
Thanks again,
Bill
I’m not seeing the image at all. It is the broken file look.
Any chance you can send a link so I can take a closer look for you?
We got it working.
For some reason WordPress wasn’t changing the file name in the code so it was trying to pull an image that was no longer there. I just went into the code and changed it, worked out great.
