Logo and Post issues IE

Hello,

I recently found out about some issues between the Progress theme and Internet Explorer. The first issue is that the Logo doesn’t show up when viewing the site on IE. Honestly, I knew about this problem for a while but forgot until someone emailed me about the next issue. The second issue is that on one of the longer blog posts, the body background stops and it ended up with white text on the yellow page background. I use Mozilla and Safari usually rather than Internet Exploder so i didn’t notice the problems…

I can’t seem to find anyone who had a similar issue in the forums already. I’m probably doing something wrong or missing something obvious.

Sorry for the trouble with your logo. I took a look and it looks like your logo is vanishing in IE 8 and 7, but is still there in 9.

What I would suggest trying first is to update the theme. It looks like you’re running version 1.0.6. In the time since that was released, we’ve updated several things including the slideshow which occasionally caused unexpected things like links disappearing (your logo is a link to the home page).

Try updating (you can download the update in the Themes & Downloads section) and see if that doesn’t help.
