    Bill,

    I’m trying to load theme on my MacBook Pro, not being successful. Help! I’ve tried to load Progress and Agency… somethings not working…

    Vanessa,

    Thank you for your business first of all. Safari likes to open “safe” files upon download, which includes our theme files. So instead of a zip file that you can use you left with a folder that you can’t upload.

    Here’s how to get around that. In Safari, click where it says Safari in the menu bar. Choose preferences. Make sure the box next to “open safe files after download” is not checked.

    That should let you download the files and keep them together.

    If you need any help, let me know. I’d be happy to install theme if you need me to.
