    hi i installed the theme, tried to do the live preview and as soon as i hit the button, i got nothing else but this:

    fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::add_panel() in /home/content/08/11636808/html/wp-content/themes/elite/includes/theme-customizer.php on line 400

    any help?

    Good Morning,

    Great question. You typically see that error on a site that’s running an older version of WordPress.

    Make sure the site is running 4.3.1 which is the current version.

    Let me know if that doesn’t resolve the error for you.
