    Bill: I have several galleries on my site, all of them are pulling from the standard WP rather than loading via Carousel. I really want to use Carousel for these, and I know for a fact that they aren’t loading in Carousel, because the background is black and I have selected “white”.

    We worked on this a bit in Sep of ’13 but apparently didn’t get it fixed. Can we please work on this again? Is there a setting I need to select to opt for Carousel over the default WP Gallery?

    Kim,

    Do you mean that the carousel module will work if it’s set to black but not if it’s set to white?

    Hey Kim,

    On the gallery pages, that looks like Jetpack’s slideshow option, it’s part of the tiled galleries module (http://jetpack.me/tag/slideshows/) which is separate from the carousel module. What happens when you insert one of the carousel galleries (http://jetpack.me/support/carousel/)?
