I am having issues with the loading of the page in Internet Explorer only. Safari, Firefox & Chrome seem fine. After the page loads the menu and page all shift to the top and left of the window.

I work from a Mac and was only made aware of this issue a couple of days ago by a client. The online browser engines that allow you to check compatibility do not show the error because the move only happens after the page is fully loaded.

    Thanks for any help.

    Laura,

Thank you for your business and sorry for the trouble. I took a look at your site. I’d suggest updating to the most recent version of the them. It looks like you’re running 1.2.3. Since that one was released, we made some changes to how the theme is structured which should help you here (it still looks the same).

If you run into questions or trouble, just let me know.

    Enjoy your week,
    Bill

Bill, I am hitting a similar problem. My client tells me that they can not view the site it either doesn’t load or when they click on a sidebar/navigation tab the site crashes. They say they are using Internet Explorer 7, and 8 – again my emulators can’t pick up on this problem. I have changed the sidebar to have no animation but this has not resolved the problem. Any ideas? http://yourgamebarandgrille.com

    Andy,

I took a look with IE 7 & 8 and it also crashed for me too. I checked on your event calendar and there is a forum post where that behavior is also reported. They indicate the do not support IE 7 & 8 in the post. It might be worth a try to deactivate the plugin and test. If it works then you’ll know it’s the plugin.

If I can help, let me know,
    Bill
