Inside title page

How can I change the title inside a new page?
I don’t want the inside title to be the same as the menu bar oneYou can do this. Name the page what you’d like it to be called. Then go to the menu section and add that page to your navigation. Once it’s in your menu, select it and open it up so it looks like this:
Then change “Navigation Label” to say what you’d like it to read.
