how can increase the size of the logo?
I went to appearance editor but I don’t have clue 🙂(Sorry if you find this question elsewhere in the forum, i was looking for related questions and posted this question there also.)

No problem at all. Here’s what to do. Go to the Theme Options page and select the Styling tab. Scroll down to the Custom CSS box and paste this:
#text-logo h1, #text-logo p { font-size: 50px; }
Just change the 50 to the size in pixels you’d like to have your logo be. Save your changes and that should do it.
If you have any trouble, let me know.
Thanks,

as always, thanks for your help.

Thank you, thank you-
it’s just cosmetics BUT almost ready to go live and want it to look great!March 5, 2013 at 16:27 #9879Bill RobbinsModeratorLaura,
Thanks for sending over the link. I want you to have everything perfect too.
It looks like your logo is an image so you’ll have to edit the image in order to make the text larger there.
While I was looking at your site, I also noticed that the margin that is set for your tagline from the top is actually the text of your tagline. You’ll want to change that to a number like 20 or so. If you happen to need to change the size of the tagline, you can use this CSS snippet to do so. Just place it in the Custom CSS box:
#tagline h2, #tagline p { font-size: 18px; }
Let me know if I can help,
BillMarch 21, 2013 at 15:18 #10206LenaParticipantHello, I am having a similar issue with my logo. My logo is also an image and I would like for it to appear at the top of my website like a banner heading. I zoomed in the image and saved it. Then I uploaded it and because it’s an image it is huge, although I would like it to be that large it has separated from everything else. http://www.ccsoutreach.org is my site. Can you offer any suggestions? Thanks!

Great question. I took a look and went on and resized your logo for you. You can download it by right clicking it and selecting save as or by dragging it to your desktop.
It’s still rather tall, so you may want to scale it down a bit more.
If you have any questions or trouble, just let me know.
Thanks,

Would like to decrease the gap between the logo and the top and bottom equally.
Thanks mate!

Great looking site. You can decrease the gap there. Here’s how:
- Go to the Theme Options page and select the Styling tab.
- Scroll down to the Custom CSS box and paste this:
#logo { margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; }
That will remove the top and bottom space from your logo. If you need to adjust it back up, just change the 0 in the top and/or the bottom margins.
- Save your changes.
If you have any questions or trouble, just let me know.
Thanks,
Bill -
