    Image Sizes:
    Hello It woudl be very useful if you can give me image sizes for the following comonents:
    – featured product images
    – slide show images

    Here are the dimensions for Bottega’s images:

    The square thumbnails on the home page are 178 pixels by 178 pixels.

    The slideshow images are 960 pixels wide by 350 pixels high.

    OK, I am having this same issue. I installed from the zip file. I have added 2 slides, and when I visit the site, I get nothing. I have also activated a couple of widgets and they are not showing up either.

    Any ideas?

    Brooks,

    It looks like you may created a page called home and set your reading settings to display it as a static front page. The Bottega theme actually comes with a built-in home page (it’s what’s visible in the demo). To have it visible, you’ll need to change your reading settings back to “show latest posts” from having a static home page. It may sound a bit counter-intuitive, but themes with a built-in home page will actually display that instead of your most recent posts on the home page with those settings.
