    Hi Bill,

    Was curious if you could tell me how to get the grey background box around/behind a navigation-menu item like you have on the “I’m New” button on your Authentic Theme demo site.

    On my site, http://www.seniorcareministries.org, I’d like to add this look to “Resources” in the navigation menu.

    I am having this issue as well. How do I get that button highlighted like in the demo?

    Go to the appearance section and select menu to open up the navigation builder. In the top right hand corner, select “Screen Option” (in WordPress 3.3 this will change to the help button). Check the box for “CSS Classes.” Now click on the menu item that you’d like to turn into a button. In the box for “css class” type button like the screenshot below:

    Then save your changes. That will turn any menu item into a button.
