    Hi Bill,

    I want to add a Featured Product widget to the home page of my site.

    When configuring the featured product widget in the widget section of my dashboard, I get this warning (see attachment).

    Please advice.

    Secondly, how do I set up a “store” and “shopping cart” to work with my products?

    Hey Jon,

    Good questions. You’ll want to install and activate the WooCommerce plugin. It provides all of the e-commerce portions of the site (products, shopping cart, checkout and so on). Once it’s activated, you’ll be able to use the featured products widget too.
