Hero Size

Sorry if this is redundant, but I have tried search the forum but cannot find an answer to my question.

I am using Elite and am trying to set the Hero slide group. The slides are all 2400×1200 images. However, the Hero slide group does not appear correctly sized on the page (it is too low and too small). I cannot figure out how to fix it. If I use a feature image, it works just fine.

Can you please help me?

Good Morning Erika,

Thank you for your business first of all. Sorry for the trouble there. It looks like the images are inserted into the spot for a hero logo. You’ll want to assign the hero image as the featured image of each slide instead. The logo uploader is if you’d like to add a graphic logo, like the one for your business to the hero section instead of just plain text.

Try setting the slide images as the featured image and let me know if that doesn’t do the trick for you.
