Good Afternoon James,

Hope all is well in your corner of the world. Great question. On that page the hero button’s link is set to go to one of the HTML ID’s on the same page. To have it direct to the main content area, we’ll use this for the URL:

#content

which will move the visitor to that point on the page when the button is clicked.

That worked great, thanks. On the home page when I put a URL in for the button it doesn’t seem to work. It adds “%20%E2%80%8E” this after the url. How do I get the button to navigate to another page? Thanks for doing such excellent work.

That’s a bit unusual. Those look like HTML entities; what characters are converted to for display on a site. Try making sure that there are no extra characters at the end of the URL (even spaces) when it’s placed there. If you still have trouble let me know and if possible, send over a login so I can take a look too (it’s a new one for me).
