Hello,
I’ve read this post about the same topic:But in my case i don’t have any widget-twitter.php file to update.
I have installed the Twitter Widget Pro plugin and now works fine but the styles are gone. Take a look: http://www.argia.com/blogak/begizta/Thanks,

Sorry about the trouble. Twitter has officially turned off the 1.0 version of their API which the widget used to pull your latest tweets.
You can still display them though. I have a blog post on our main site that shows you how to set up the Twitter Widget Pro plugin and use it.
