Header image too small

I created and uploaded a header image. I made the image 960 x 150 pixels. However it appears on the site as almost a thumbnail image. What do I need to do to display a banner image? http://testing.time2shinefoundation.com
After you upload your image, scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up lightbox that WordPress uses to add your image. You’ll see a series of buttons: Thumbnail, Medium, Large and Full-Size. Make sure you select full-size before you insert the image. That will insert the image at the same size you uploaded and not as one of the smaller sizes that WordPress creates automatically.
