Foxy Food Items Not Displaying Food Groups Headings in Menu. Only Food Items

Hi – I hope all is well. I have the Foxy theme and having trouble trying to figure out why the sub categories of the menu such as appetizers, soups & salads, entrees and desserts are not displaying on the menu tab. I have created the food items and associated them with the corresponding groups. I’m trying to achieve the format displayed in the Foxy example on your main website (the categories and the items corresponding with the categories displayed). Thanks in advance for your time.

Thank you for your business first of all. Great question too. In the Foxy theme demo, we created a WordPress page to use for our menu. Then we used a “shortcode” that’s built into the theme to display our menu groups. There’s a description on how to do that in the Foxy Instructions in the Food, Staff and Services section.
We use four shortcodes, one for each section: Appetizers, Salads, Entrees, Desserts.
That way all the menu items can be displayed in one place.
