    Hello,

    I can’t put a event plug in on my website. This is the error message I get no what the plug in:

    Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/the-events-calendar.4.0.2.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas05_data03/54/2998954/html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/

    Plugin install failed.

    Please help me, there are no event options on the dashboard. So what do I do?

    Good Morning Natasha,

    Great question. The error message you’re receiving there indicates that the event calendar’s folder is already present on your server. It could be that the plugin has been installed and just isn’t activated.

    Go to the plugins section of your WordPress dashboard. Look through the list of plugins there and see if you don’t see The Events Calendar in the list there. When you spot it, click the link to activate it and that should do it.
