    Hi Bill,

    when i change the background color of the footer then the footer is going over the full screen wide.
    With no color change there is a block.

    regards
    Denis

    That is how the footer’s color is set to work to match the header and full width sections of the home page. If you only want to change the background color of the middle section, you can do this:

    1. Go to your theme options page and choose the Advanced tab.
    2. Scroll down to the Custom CSS box and add this:

      #footer-content { background-color: #000000; }

    3. Change the #000000 (black) to the color you’d like to have there.
    4. Update your settings.

    That should change just the content area of the footer’s background. If you have any trouble, let me know.

    Take care,
    Bill

    Is it possible to Donate something for your Support? With PayPal maybe?

    I’m glad that helped out Denis. Thank you for the offer of a donation. I’m happy to help out, no donations necessary 🙂
