I am having trouble linking the food items I am entering into the food section editor to the menu widget I have created. I can’t seem to find a widget that will take me directly to the menu that is created by the food section.

Thank you for your business first of all. Sorry for the confusion too. The “menu” widget that’s included with WordPress is actually for navigation menus. It can be a useful way to add in supplemental navigation to some sites.

You could use it to link to your menu groups, though it would probably be better to just add them directly to the site’s navigation menu. If you need help setting up your navigation menu, here’s a quick video about that:

There’s also a section in the Foxy theme instructions that walks through the options for setting up your menu and displaying it on your site.
