ParticipantSharon,
I’m not certain why it stopped displaying. Sometimes they just go out for a period of time, though that is rare.
You can always paste the embed code directly into a text widget. Add a text widget and place this in it:
Save your widget and that should do it.
Have a great week,

I’d like to add Facebook and Twitter icons into the menu bar on the right side. Will this only work if the FB and Twitter url’s are added into setup first?
Thanks
Jeff

ParticipantJeff,
Good question. The icons are just a basic link to your profile pages so all you have to do is enter the URL to your Facebook and Twitter pages into the fields in the theme options page and that should add in the icons for you.
If you run into trouble, let me know,

ParticipantWhere on the theme options page can I add my FB url? I don’t see it. Custom footer/mailchimp options are the last things on the theme options page. Thanks for any help.

ParticipantGreat question. For the version released this week (3.0), we’ve moved those links from the theme options page to the navigation menu section. That gives you more flexibility in terms of arranging the links and choosing whether they open in new windows or not.
I’ve added a section to the Foundation Theme Instructions that can walk you through adding your links.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks for the instructions. However, looks like I CAN’T put a Facebook “F” on the far right of my navigation bar with a link to the organization’s FB page like the demo anymore. Instead FB show in the main menu bar. Is that accurate?

ParticipantYou still can use icons in the navigation bar. The theme demo (http://www.organizedthemes.com/demo/foundation) places the Facebook “F” on the right hand side of the navigation bar by using WordPress’ menu system.
In the demo, I have a menu created just for my social icons. It’s is assigned to the “Secondary” menu location which is on the right hand side of the navigation bar. Here’s a screenshot of what that looks like:
To turn a menu item into an icon you add a CSS class to the menu item. There are instructions on how to do that in the theme documentation at https://support.organizedthemes.com/3453/foundation/
By using the menu system you have more flexibility and it’s also easier to add any additional services that the theme doesn’t support out of the box. That’s why we changed.
If you have trouble, let me know,
