Creating a Second Support Account

I know I’ve asked this before but I can’t find the query or response on the forum or in my email.

I’ve created a site for my church and I’ve handed over most of the tasks to various members of the church staff. Someone will need to connect with support in case they need to ask a question about the Epic theme. What’s the best way for me to do that?

Good question. What you’ll need to do is change the user information in your account at https://support.organizedthemes.com/wp-admin/profile.php to match the person who will be taking over. The actual user name can’t be changed, but the email address, password and publicly visible name call all be changed. When you’re ready, that would be the way to hand that off.
