    Hello,

    My client sent me the screengrab, uploaded, noting:

    “I am able to view the site in IE 9 only after clicking “compatibility view” (see top arrow) It states compatibility view : websites designed for older browsers will often look better and problems such as of place menus images or text will be corrected.”

    Are you aware of this? Do you know why this is happening?

    Good Afternoon,

    There is one thing you’re welcome to try. The theme has a line in the header that tells IE to load the Google Chrome Frame if it is installed. It’s a product that a lot of IT departments placed on computers that they were not going to be updating to newer versions of IE to save money.

    To remove it, go to Appearance in your WordPress dashboard and choose Edit. Select header.php from the files on your right and find this line:

    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1">

    and delete it. Then save your changes.

    That’s the only IE specific item I can think of in the theme.
