Thank you for sending over the link. I took a look and saw the missing images you were talking about.
I looked up some of the URL paths to the missing images like this one from your Little Girls Growing Up So Fast post:

When I go to that URL, it should show just the picture, but it’s returning a message that says:
We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetched
It looks like the image is hosted by WordPress.com so I’m guessing you’re using the Photon component that’s part of the Jetpack plugin. Let’s try disabling that part of Jetpack and see if your image will come back up again.
Hopefully that should take care of it. If you’d like to keep on using Photon, and it’s where the problem has been, you might try uploading your images again, once that component is enabled and see if helps.
I did find a post in the WordPress.org support forums about Photon and missing images. It seems to point to resized images as being an issue, though the URL’s for these don’t appear to indicate a set size like some others do.
