Adding text to the third panel on the home page

Hi Bill I can’t figure out where to add text on the home page so it goes into the third panel (as you scroll)
There is a page for home section 1 and 2 but I can’t work out home section 3.

You can create a new page for section 3 and add it in via widget like you did the first two. You could also use a plugin called BlackStudio TinyMCE. It adds a visual editor plugin that uses the editor from the page/post screen. That’s a good option too.
