Add Media not working

    Hi Bill,

    In Pages the Add Media button is not working.
    Do you maybe have any idea what the problem can be?

    Good Morning Jeroen,

    Typically that happens when there is a javascript error in the admin area. The first thing I would try is deactivating all your plugins. Then refresh a page your editing and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, then turn your plugins on, one by one until it stops working again.

    If that doesn’t do it, then with all the plugins deactivated, try switching to the TwentyFifteen theme and see if it works there.
