    Is this an issue, and if so, is there a way to correct it?

    Tim,

    There is a tag that can be added to a theme by its author to indicate that the theme specifically supports WooCommerce.

    From a strict functionality standpoint, all the tag does is turn off that notification. It does actually affect how the theme works with WooCommmerce.

    I wouldn’t expect you to run into trouble with Agency and WooCommerce. I don’t believe I’ve personally tested them together, but I do think they should work.
