Hi there! First of all, it’s been a while since I’ve been on here – took a bit of a break while we chose a domain name – but I wanted to thank you for the plugin you created for me to make an image link on the home page. It works perfectly!

I am having a strange issue as I’m working to create my site. I put together a test site a few months ago here: http://testsite2.orioledesigns.net. My current site is http://kehilatyeshua.com.

The problem is in the space under the header. In the test site (orioledesigns URL), notice the spacing under the logo? Now look at the new site (kehilatyeshua URL) in the same space. There is extra space there. I’ve compared the css files and a few others that I thought might have the change in it, and I can’t figure out what is coded differently.

Any ideas? Sorry – I know this is weird. I’m just trying to get this site up before the new year.

    Thanks much!
    -Judy

    Good Morning Judy,

Great question there. It looks like the extra space is created by an empty slide. In the test site, the home page used the slides, but on the live site, the slides aren’t being used. Try editing the page and looking in the slideshow box. There is a drop-down at the top where you can disable the slideshow. Choose that and then update your page.

If all goes well, that should take out the slideshow bits from the code of the page and hopefully remove that space. Let me know if you run into any trouble there.

    Thanks,
    Bill
