specified tagline for one page?

There’s an old plugin called Custom Taglines that claims to let you do just that. I’ve never used it before, it might just work. I don’t recall any changes to the tagline function in the last little while, so I would image it would still work if it ever did.
Outside of that, you could do it with some conditional tags if necessary.
