Setting home page first image

Thanks for being so responsive to my other query. I’m starting new thread for this questions so hopefully others can benefit.

I added the images for the home page “slider” in the order I wanted them to appear, but I want to make sure the first one is always showing up first.

I’m not seeing that right now, but that is the way it’s supposed to work right?
I’m in and out of preview mode without any refreshing or clearing cache, so it may be me!

Hi Karen,

Great question. In the theme options, on the background tab there are some options that will affect the background slideshow on all pages. There’s one for random order there. I believe if that is set to “no”, the slides will always appear in the same order. If you run into trouble there, let me know.
