I made an inquiry to itunes after I had posted on this forum. This is the reply I received from itunes. Is there a way you can fix my feed.

    Dear podcast owner,

The podcast located at the URL shown below has been blocked or removed from the iTunes directory as a result of technical problems with the feed.

    Name: Podcast | Journey Fellowship
    Feed URL: http://www.comejourney.org/podcast/

    Hi Kymone,

Good question, the URL (http://www.comejourney.org/podcast/) is the human podcast archive. It’s made for us to be able to read and click through. For iTunes, it needs an RSS feed that indicates the episodes, the media files and so on that go with each.

In the theme options, there is a section on podcasting. You’ll need to fill in all the fields there for the audio feed and save your changes. Then you’ll need to create a new page for the feed. There is a page template that you use for this feed. Select it and publish the page. The URL to that page is what you’ll want to submit to iTunes for your site. It’s not intended for humans, so don’t add it to the navigation menu. Just give it to Apple instead.

If you run into trouble, let me know.

    Bill

    Hey Bill

Here is the new error that came up. There is no field for explicit on this page when I was setting it up. Please advise

Can’t submit your feed. There is no explicit tag in your feed, or the explicit tag is empty.

Until just recently Apple did not require that. I released an update to the theme last month that adds an explicit tag to push through validation. If you’ll update the theme, it’ll add it for you. There’s not an option for it as it’s hard coded in the feed.

This may be a silly question but how do you update the theme
