I was using the plugin tabby responsive tabs to give me tabs for different giving options, but something broke along the way. So I was going to just create individual pages.

So on the page https://redemptionhillerwin.org/giving/one-time-gift/, all I have on there is a Gravity Form shortcode (http://d.pr/i/iORu). Nothing displays on the page though. I also have the same set-up on the contact page and that form shows up just fine (https://redemptionhillerwin.org/contact/) (http://d.pr/i/17yu4).

So I’m super confused as to what is going on here. I deactivated all plugins except gravity forms and I got no resolve. I flipped over to the Twenty Sixteen theme and it does show…so it seems we have a theme conflict somewhere. My theme version is 1.4.2

    Hey Greg,

Let’s try this and see if it won’t cause the form to pop up. Install and activate this plugin: http://support.organizedthemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/jquery-update.zip and then clear out your browser’s cache and refresh the page. See if that won’t allow the form to pop up again. If that doesn’t do the trick, let me know.

    Take care,
    Bill

Glad that did the trick Greg. Let me know if you need anything else 🙂
