Hero video uploaded not showing

I uploaded a video on my home page but for some reason it is not showing? I want my home page to look like your Grassroots demo. This are the steps I did the:
Went to Edit Page : Home page
Went to:Hero Area Options
Hero Type: Video
Background Image: http://www.kababayanfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/12_CLIPCHAMP_keep-1.mp4

The video is 8MB.

What I’m I doing wrong?

Hi Evelyn,

Sorry for the confusion there. It looks like the video file is in the spot for the background image. If you’ll look just a bit below the field for the background image, you’ll find ones for video files. You can place the URL you have there now in the one for the MP4 Video Background.

You’ll also need to use a converter to make a WebM and OGG video file. There is a free one you can use at http://www.online-convert.com/ to make those others. Due to licensing conflicts the major browsers support file formats for videos which makes having these three formats necessary. You could also upload the video to YouTube and host it there if you need to. There is a field for a YouTube video URL if you go that route. It won’t show ads, end of video suggestions or the player. It’ll just show the raw video.

I would also suggest adding a background image. It’ll be show until the video is ready to start playing and also on mobile devices which don’t support background videos.
