    Hello,

I would like to create a blog-style page with the authentic theme, where our staff members can add posts, but I’m not sure how to connect the “posts” to the “pages.” Does the theme support blog pages?

Thanks again for all of your help. Our congregation is really excited about our new website!

    Hello Emily,

Great question there. First you’ll want to create a page for your blog. You can create it just like you would any other page. Once it’s published, go to the Settings section in your WordPress dashboard and choose reading. This is the screen where you set your home page to be your front page. Next to the drop down to select the Front Page is a drop-down menu for the “posts” page. Choose the page you just published for you blog as the posts and update your settings.

That should let your page display all the posts that have been published so far on your site.

If you run into any questions or trouble, let me know.

    Thanks,
    Bill
