Comments turned off on Pages, please

    Hello: I have noticed that some, but not all, of my regular “pages” have “comments” at the bottom of the text area. Have I missed a control somewhere and not turned these off? I only want them on my Blog page.

    Kim,

    WordPress loves to hide things. What you’ll want to do is edit a page, and then click the “Screen Options” tab in the top right hand corner. Make sure the box next to Discussion is checked. That should add in a box below the main content area where you can disable comments for that page (it also works that way for posts).
