    Hi Bill the “Click here to enter coupon code” on our checkout page is no longer working. Also the “calculate shipping” on cart page is not working either. I removed the calc shipping from cart page so you wont see it on our site.

    This may have nothing to do with the theme but thought I would ask. I have two sites with Finesse and having same issue on both.

    Thanks for your help! have a 50% order abandonment rate which is really high for us so something has changed.

    Hi Tony,

    With WordPress 4.5 there were some changes to the jQuery javascript library that WordPress uses. It could be those changes are causing the trouble. We could try rolling the version back with this plugin: https://support.organizedthemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/jquery-update.zip

    See if that makes a difference and let me know what you turn up.
